Wolf Lane Distillery brings you a truly unique range of modern Australian gins and liqueurs, that represent the tropical paradise we live in. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Happy shopping!
Shipping
We work with Australia Post and Sendle to deliver Australia-wide. Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch (subject to weather conditions and public holidays). Express post takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch (extra charge).
Current delivery times, with all our courier partners to NT and WA are 10-14 business days.
You can check out as a guest or log in to join our loyalty program. If you haven't done it yet, we highly recommend that you create a Wolf Lane account so your address and purchase history will be saved for your next purchase.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, if you are unsatisfied with the product. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact orders@wolflanedistillery.com.au if you have any doubts.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Worn merchandise
Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After which you will be provided with either an exchange or refund of the items value on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
