Ingredients
30ml of Navy Strength Gin
30ml of blackberry syrup
30ml of lemon juice
Soda, to top up

Directions
Start by filling a highball glass with ice.
Pour 30ml of Navy Strength Gin, 30ml of blackberry syrup and 30ml of lemon juice to balance the sweetness with a refreshing acidity.

Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
