Ingredients
- 60ml of Irish whiskey
- 60ml of The Barista Coffee Liqueur
- 90ml of thickened cream
- Glass
- Ice
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Bar spoon

Directions
Add some ice to your Irish coffee glass.
Next, pour 60ml of Irish whiskey and 60ml of The Barista Coffee Liqueur.
Pour the 90ml of cream into the shaker and drop the strainer's spring into the shaker to act like a whisk. Shake vigorously for 30-40 seconds.
Top off your Irish coffee with a layer of thickened cream. Gently float it on top by pouring the cream on the back of a spoon.
