Southside Fizz

Ingredients
- 45ml of Tropical Gin
- 30ml of lemon juice
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Soda

- Shaker
- Hawthorne strainer
- Fine mesh strainer
- Glass
Directions
Combine Tropical Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves in the shaker.
Shake it up to combine all the ingredients.
Strain it twice — first through the Hawthorne strainer, then the fine mesh — into a glass.
Top with soda, and enjoy!
