Ingredients
- 60ml of Grapefruit Aperitif
- 30ml of lemon juice
- 15ml of sugar syrup
- 15ml of aquafaba (chickpea water)
- Grapefruit peel (optional garnish)
- Ice

Directions
Ice in the shaker? Check.
Pour in the Grapefruit Aperitif, lemon juice, sugar syrup and aquafaba.
Shake it like you’re painting the sunset with flavours.
Strain into your favourite glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
